International Business Partner Corp. offers small business a variety of start up services including: incorporation and LLC formation, government filings, obtaining EIN, bank account opening and maintenance, business licenses, bookkeeping/accounting, tax preparation and filing, business consulting.

International Business Partner Corp. offers a monthly Administration Service Agreement with $800.00 Flat Fee that will include:

• Resident Agent Services
• Nominee Officer Services
• Business address and daily mail service
• Bookkeeping Services (up to 30 transactions per month)
• Bank Account Monthly Maintenance
• Business Administrative Services

Monthly Bookkeeping will include:

• Gathering financial data from the Client, banks and other sources and reconcile internal records with this data
• Income Statement & Balance Sheet Preparation
• Bank Reconciliation
• Process Invoices
• Prepare Statements Regularly
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable

Additionally we could provide the following services for the additional fees:

• Virtual Office Services
• Business Consulting
• Tax Preparation Assistance
• Business Licensing Assistance
• Paralegal Services
• Translation Services
• Travel/Event Coordinator

Each situation is unique and some companies may require other services not mentioned.  These can be designed to meet your specific needs and will be handled under separate agreement and fees.
